- All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipments typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment.

Sorry, at this time Beauty Suites does not offer international shipping.
If two or more orders are submitted on the same day with the same shipping address, please let our team know immediately. We will do our best to combine the orders into one shipment.
Our offices and warehouse will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
Undeliverable, Lost, and Damaged Packages
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.
When reporting a damaged package, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be required.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Beauty Suites reserves the right to pass through any additional fees due to undeliverable or refused packages.
Change of Address after Shipment
Beauty Suites reserves the right to pass through any additional fees due to a change of address request.
Beauty Suites Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned products may not be altered and must not be opened. We reserve the right to deny the return, replacement, or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
How do I start a return?
If you have registered for a Beauty Suites account, simply log in to your account to start a return request.
If you do not yet have a Beauty Suites account and your order was placed with a guest account, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-337-1073; we will be happy to assist you through this process.
How do I return an order?
Once you have started a return request, our Customer Care Team will be notified. We will then authorize or deny the return depending on the nature of the request. If authorized, you will be notified via email of the status of the request and instructions how to return the product. Included with the email will be an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) order number. Please be sure to include this number with your return on the outside of your package near your address as well as including it inside the package with your item(s). RMA order numbers are valid for seven days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving an RMA order number.
With an authorized return, you have the following options:
- A refund credited to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges
- A replacement for the returned product
- Store Credit- which will be automatically applied to your Beauty Suites account
Please note, Beauty Suites is not responsible for shipping charges due to returned product. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns may take up to two weeks for processing. Once your return is approved, your refund will be submitted. Store credit will appear immediately in your Beauty Suites account while refunds to the original form of payment may take 8-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Beauty Suites is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-337-1073. Please note that often times orders are shipped same day. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
